Return & Refund Policy

All Bad Grandpa Racing merchandise is made to order and sold as a preorder item. Because each item is produced based on the customer’s selected size and color, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for:

* Change of mind
* Incorrect size selected by the customer
* Incorrect color selected by the customer
* Orders placed by mistake

Please review your size, color, shipping information, and order details carefully before completing your purchase.

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the issue so we can review it and determine the appropriate replacement or refund.

Refunds or replacements for approved damaged, defective, or incorrect items will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
